At Nar Jewellery, every piece is uniquely crafted to order, ensuring that each design is tailored to your preferences. As such, our return and refund policies reflect the personalized nature of our jewellery:

  • Custom-Made Items:
    All custom-made jewellery is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. This includes all items made with your selected materials, gold type, and diamonds.
  • Ready-to-Ship Items:
    Items labeled as "Ready to Ship" are eligible for exchange within 15 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and certificates. Refunds are not available for ready-to-ship items, only exchanges.
  • Defective or Damaged Items:
    If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will review the issue, and if deemed a defect, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
  • Exclusions:
    We do not accept returns or exchanges for items damaged due to normal wear, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
